Just a quick reminder that the Save Around fundraiser has ended. Please ensure that any remaining books have been turned in.
As mentioned in our last communication, if your books are not turned in you will incur a charge which will be reflected when you are billed for next week’s tuition.
Coats for Children
It is actually beginning to feel like fall. By law we are required to take the children outside each day for at least fifteen minutes. Please ensure that you bring in a suitably warm coat for your child.
Staff Meeting – Early Dismissal
Our next Staff Meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, November 14th. Please add this date to your calendar. The Learning Center will be closed at 6 pm. Please make arrangements to pick up or have your child(ren) picked up by that time.
Great news! For those of you who received blurry pictures the a retake photo shoot has been scheduled for Tuesday, November 14th at 8:30 am. Please bring in the blurry photos and upon retake they will be replaced free of charge.
In addition, if there were no errors in your photo, however, you were not please with them or missed the picture day altogether you can take this opportunity to have your picture redone. If you are unable to make this date and time we will also be doing class photos again in the future.
Operation Christmas Child
We are collecting (gift items or donations) for Operation Christmas Child with Samaritan’s Purse, we will collect the shoe boxes next week to give to children around the world. Lists of ideas and regulations are going out today. Each classroom is filling 2 boxes, one for a boy and girl their age.
Spirit Day – Gertrude Hawk Candy Sale Kickoff
Our next Spirit Day has been scheduled for Thursday, November 16th to kick off our Gertrude Hawk Candy Bar Sales and Christmas Candy Sales. Please have your child(ren) wear their yellow t-shirts. If they do not have one or you would like to purchase another one, we do still have them on sale for $5 each.
